Calabar's Javon Francis, a medalist on Jamaica's 4x400 meters team at the 2013 senior World Championships in Athletics, toppled the Class I 400 meters set by Jamaica's current super sprinter Usain Bolt in 2003. Francis clocked 45 seconds, erasing Bolt's mark of 45.35.
