Headed by the International Planned Parenthood Federation/Western Hemisphere Region the Haiti Adolescent Girls Network (HAGN) aims to empower and protect vulnerable young women so that they may break the cycle of poverty. The Association por la Promotion de la Famille Haitienne along with HAGN created safe shelters for the young women.
