Many have argued that electronic networks and new means of information dissemination raise fundamental questions about whether copyright can continue to achieve its objectives in the new world of information delivery. This product was developed through a cooperative agreement among the U.S. National Agricultural Library, Extension Service-USDA, Interactive Design and Development at Virginia Tech,and the University of Minnesota.
