"Joseph Gallo Farms has asked the federal court to eliminate fees paid to the California Milk Advisory Board. The lawsuit contends that advertising for California cheese is a complete waste of money. The suite is the latest in a battle over the more than $300 million that farmers were required to pay during the past 4 years."
