There are miscellaneous memorandums, plans, studies and documents in the back of the binder. Dates vary on many of the materials comprising this binder.
In the front of the binder is a "Municipal Reporter" from March 12, 1966. This binder is a collection of materials with different dates (approx 1962-66).
