A technical report prepared for the Erie and Niagara Counties, New York, Regional Planning Board, August, 1969. Within the front page flap is a letter to Robert Teska from Leo J. Nowak dated September 29, 1971. It seems to be in response to a request for a performance evaluation for this report.
There are two copies of this document. The first copy has two memorandums within the covers. Within the front cover is a memorandum to Mr. Lou DeVoe from Robert Teska dated March 3, 1969. The subject reads: "Regional Goals, Policies, and Sketch Plans." There is also a memorandum in the back cover of the document dated April 29, 1969. This memorandum is from "Staff, Regional Planning Board" to "Population and Economic Sub-committee, Regional Planning Board" with the subject: "Population and Economic Projections."
