Inside the front cover is a letter to Mr. Nelson Forrest from Don Klein dated May 8, 1975. The letter discusses the BACOG Comprehensive Plan and certain amendments. Additionally, in the back cover of the document there are various memorandums and notes. There is also "One Year Program Elements" coupled with "Recommended Comprehensive Planning Policies for the Barrrington, Illinois, Area."

This memorandum is from "Staff, Regional Planning Board" to "Population and Economic Sub-committee, Regional Planning Board" with the subject: "Population and Economic Projections."
