Inside the front cover is a letter to Mr. Nelson Forrest from Don Klein dated May 8, 1975. The letter discusses the BACOG Comprehensive Plan and certain amendments. Additionally, in the back cover of the document there are various memorandums and notes. There is also "One Year Program Elements" coupled with "Recommended Comprehensive Planning Policies for the Barrrington, Illinois, Area."
This document is in a binder "Compendium of Zoning Policies Lincoln City-Lancaster County." The first page is titled "Work Paper Five Analysis of Codes and Ordinances." Contains a copy of the "Compendium of Zoning Policies" (found verbatim in adjacent document) and also "Proposed Zoning Ordinances for Lincoln and Lancaster County."
Inserted in the middle of the document is a map titled "Community Development Policies" (Revised June 1975). In a special pocket in the back, there is an official "Comprehensive Plan Summary" brochure.
